Our dedicated Safety Officer collaborates closely with us to conduct meticulous site assessments, ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations imposed by customers, state, federal, and local authorities (such as OSHA, EPA, and NFPA). We meticulously identify and implement safe work practices, providing comprehensive safety training tailored to each job site's specific requirements. We hold our TPMG employees to the highest standards of conduct, expecting them to adhere to the accepted rules of good behavior while on-site and to embody the principles outlined in our TPMG code of ethics. By prioritizing safety management, TPMG guarantees a secure and compliant working environment, making us the preferred choice for companies seeking a partner committed to exceptional safety standards.
Texas Pinnacle assesses workplaces for hazards. PPE is used in conjunction with other efforts such as engineering controls, guarding and work practices to eliminate recognized hazards. TPMG provides the required PPE and related training for proper use and maintenance for its employees. All PPE will meet the standards set by OSHA, NFPA, and ANSI. TPMG also enforces the same PPE requirements for its subcontractors. All visitors entering the work area are required to wear the appropriate PPE before entering.
Hard hats, safety glasses, and appropriate safety shoes/boot are worn in work areas at all times. Fall protection equipment including harness with safety line shall be utilized for all overhead work.
Texas Pinnacle is responsible for providing training on the TPMG safety program for its employees. This training is covered during the new hire and safety orientation, with additional training conducted when new processes or equipment is introduced.
Texas Pinnacle operators of mobile equipment such as forklifts, cranes, boom lifts, etc. have been trained and/or certified in the proper operation of the equipment.
At Texas Pinnacle Management Group (TPMG), we prioritize the safety of our work areas through rigorous daily and weekly safety reviews. Our dedicated Superintendents conduct a job walk of the work area monthly. During this inspection, our team helps identify working conditions, potential hazards, area confinements, equipment, overhead work considerations, rigging protocols, electrical safety measures, fall protection measures, proper personal protective equipment (PPE), access routes, and more. These crucial details are carefully documented.
Following the job walk, our Superintendent facilitates a Monthly Job Hazard Analysis meeting with all employees. This collaborative session serves to review the identified areas and discuss the preventive measures that will be implemented. We encourage open dialogue, allowing employees to ask questions and seek clarification to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the safety protocols.
Additionally, on a weekly basis, our Superintendents conduct "Safety Toolbox (Job) Talks" with our dedicated workforce. These informative sessions focus on safety awareness and address site-specific safety topics. By choosing relevant and engaging topics, we continually foster a safety-conscious work environment and empower our employees to remain vigilant and proactive in their approach to safety.
Through our diligent weekly and monthly safety reviews, TPMG demonstrates our unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety in all aspects of our operations. Our proactive approach and emphasis on regular communication and education ensure that safety remains at the forefront of every project. By choosing TPMG, companies gain a reliable partner dedicated to prioritizing the well-being of their workforce and promoting a culture of safety excellence.
At Texas Pinnacle Management Group (TPMG), we prioritize the smooth integration and safety of our new hires. Our highly experienced Field Superintendents conduct comprehensive New Hire and Safety Orientations on the first day of employment. During this orientation, employees receive a thorough review of TPMG's "Safety Handbook," which serves as a valuable reference guide. The handbook covers essential information, including the location of Safety Data Sheets, first aid and eyewash stations, personal protective equipment supplies, nearest occupational clinic and hospital, emergency exits, and procedures for reporting injuries or near misses.
Furthermore, we emphasize the importance of hazard material communication, ensuring that employees have a comprehensive understanding of potential risks and their mitigation. As part of the orientation process, each employee also completes site-specific training tailored to the requirements of the project. To ensure accountability and record-keeping, employees are required to acknowledge their understanding of all necessary training, signing and dating relevant documents.
By providing meticulous New Hire Orientation, TPMG ensures that employees are equipped with the knowledge and resources to navigate their roles safely and effectively. Our commitment to comprehensive training and onboarding sets the foundation for a productive and secure work environment, making TPMG the preferred choice for companies seeking a partner that prioritizes professional development and safety.
